type='text'>這次代表協會到捷克參加NGO市集(NGO Market)，在布置攤位的時候，發現隔壁的攤位寫著大大的中文字「表達自由」與「尊重人權」，在舉目望去全都是看不懂的捷克文的世界中，當然馬上就抓住了我的目光。這是國際特赦組織捷克分會，在會場展示他們的主張與世界各地的救援活動，現場也邀請訪客連署釋放兩位中國人權民運人士，聽到這裡，我心中興起複雜的情緒。「中國人權民運人士」，這個詞彙讓我感覺既接近又遙遠。近的是中國就在台灣的對面，遠的是人權這個議題不知道已經有多久沒有出現在我的腦袋中，而複雜的是，竟然有一個遠在天邊的國家在關心這個議題。捷克因為曾為共產國家，讓他們現在不僅重視人權，也很願意將他們從共產國家成為自由民主國家的經驗分享出去，那天展覽幾乎所有停駐下來的訪客都會參與連署。看著與我年紀差不多大的年輕人向訪客耐心解釋中國的人權問題，我在心中相當敬佩他們，於是在這坐飛機要花一天才能到達的國家，</summary><link Network"「綠色供應鏈」的成本很難估計；這其實，老早就不是新聞了。區別建置綠色供應鏈時的資源配置優先順序，始終會是綠色供應鏈管裡的核心課題。只是，在把眼光聚焦在這個議題時，人們可能也容易「見樹不見林」。高階主管該關切的競爭策略議題，不是「投資於綠色供應鏈是否划算？」；我相信，在不久的未來，人們會開始逐步意識到：在一個低碳經濟的時代，「全球性」的「綠色供應鏈」果然是「綠色」的嗎？這個質疑，如果持續擴大，對於全球的產業經濟地理學佈局，會產生什麼影響？又有哪些經濟、社會意涵？這是隱然浮現中的CSR議題。</summary><link type='text'>第一天到達捷克，在布拉格街頭散步時，看見了一頂小帳棚，和一個由無數磚塊組成的柱狀體。這些磚塊上畫著各式各樣的圖案，馬上就吸引了我們的注意...這是一個由當地關懷精神障礙者的NGO發起的募款活動，花200捷克克朗就可以獲得在磚塊上作畫的機會，而捐款將用來幫助精神障礙者工作中心的擴建。這些磚塊最後還會用來當作工作中心庭院的地磚。這真是有創意的募款活動，聽到這裡，我馬上就掏出錢，花了到達捷克的第一把捷克幣。</summary><link
